21North works within a mandate jointly agreed with the client. It is critical to note that:

The account is always in the name of the client.

There is no commingling of funds between different clients.

The relationship is cancelable any time.

21North never has a power of attorney on the account. We cannot transfer money out of the account.

The client also specifies his guidelines to the Custodian, who implements a second level of control.
